Although Peggy Rauch’s primary focus is on the Northeast Valley, she lists and sells property throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. She obtained her real estate license in 1987 and possesses extensive market knowledge, backed by a professional team supplying a variety of real estate services. An award-winning real estate agent, Peggy prides herself on providing the same level of respect and service to first-time buyers as she does to seasoned investors.
Peggy’s passion for sales and her personal experience buying/selling homes attracted her to the real estate industry. As a manufacturer’s representative for active wear and part-time model, she developed her fondness for working with people and helping them achieve their dreams.

Michael Meinerz has more than 30 years of experience in business, land, residential and commercial real estate, as well as strategic marking. An excellent negotiator with tremendous people skills, Michael ensures clients receive the best representation available whether they are buying or selling commercial property. As a marketing specialist, he is an expert in promoting commercial properties, while developing the collateral materials and relationships that ensure a rapid selling cycle. A recognized and respected professional in the real estate industry, he has dedicated his career to making a difference in people’s lives.
Before getting into real estate, Michael worked in the field of diagnostic ultrasound, becoming the executive director of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine in 1978. In that role, he worked with the National Institutes of Health on bio-safety and efficacy issues; participated on practice and reimbursement policy committees with medical specialty organizations, major insurers and the federal government; and created the largest educational venue for all clinical specialties using diagnostic ultrasound. In 1986, he became executive director for the American Institute of Architects, where he represented architects at local, state and federal levels. When he moved to Scottsdale in 1990, he continued consulting and embarked on his real estate career.

Tyler was born and raised in South Jordan Utah. Growing up he loved to play all sports, mainly golf and baseball at Bingham High School. He went on to attend The Golf Academy of America in Arizona which is what got him started in teaching golf. He has owned and operated his own golf instruction company since 2011.
From 2005-2007 Tyler served a 2 year full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Indianapolis, Indiana mission where he had the opportunity to help and teach people in that community and had various service opportunities. This was a life changing period where he developed leadership skills and found his love for helping and serving others.&nbsp;
Tyler now resides in Mesa, AZ with his beautiful wife named Hillary, and 4 wonderful children. His favorite time is the time he gets to spend with his family doing activities together. They love to watch and play sports, play card and board games, traveling to the beach, and any other activity they can do together as a family.
Tyler obtained his Arizona Real Estate License in 2016 and then joined The Peggy Rauch Group. Along with his real estate knowledge, he has also brought with him his passion and determination to help others, as well as his careful attention to detail and his business skills. Janet has over 12 years of experience as a real estate professional. She has amassed invaluable knowledge from a myriad of responsibilities with her clients over the years. Her knowledge includes contract negotiation, client support, project supervision including consultation with bankers, lawyers, contractors, interior design professionals and creation of unique marketing campaigns. Her varied array of duties enables Janet to transition easily as her client’s needs dictate and this experience gives her an edge when serving her client base.
A California native, Janet was raised in Santa Barbara where she acquired her lifelong passion for the water. As a competitive swimmer she achieved notoriety as an Olympic Trials swimming finalist in 1972. Her swimming accolades along with her academic achievements awarded her entrance into Stanford University where she graduated with a degree in Psychology in 1978. While at Stanford she was also educated at two of their world renowned international campuses in England and Italy.
Janet acquired her drive for excellence early in life and the determination for always accomplishing her best work, learned initially from her swimming career, continued throughout college and beyond in her adult life professional choices. Competitive by nature, coupled with the discipline required at the world class athletic level, Janet’s attributes transfer beautifully into her real estate career demonstrating the same passionate goal oriented dedication and drive for excellence resulting in customer satisfaction and proven results.
Janet has not only resided in California but also lived in the Midwest as her husband’s career moved them there in the 1980s. This broad array of educational, travel and living experiences allows her to easily connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and different walks of life thus proving an essential component for the real estate professional.
Janet has been married to her husband, John, for 27 years and they have one daughter who has just finished her Master’s in Nursing Science at UCLA. The Hennessey family have been McCormick Ranch residents for over 20 years and thrive in the Scottsdale lifestyle. Leisure activities for Janet include travel, gourmet cuisine, cultivating her rose garden and spending quality time with family and friends.
