Veronica became a real estate assistant in 1993 to learn the industry. In 2002 she was licensed and became “Rookie of the Year” for Prudential Real Estate. A Phoenix native, Veronica’s focus is on residential real estate although she has extensive relocation experience. Among her credentials she is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), E-Certified and is Quality Service Certified (QSC). Veronica is technologically adept she creates: Virtual Tours, Flyers, Postcards, Home Books, Power Point Presentations, and updates Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Homesandland.com, facebook.com, postlets.com, craigslist.org, Zillow.com, listinghub.net, oddle.com, realtywebtours.com, HomesandLand.com, Homefinder.com, Propertynut.com, Dreamhomemagazine.com, and Peggyrauchgroup.com. Always researching and implementing any new marketing tools for maximum exposure. Veronica works with both Buyers and Sellers and being from a large family and having two of her own children, Veronica is very family oriented and particularly effective when working with house-hunting families. When families are relocating from across country or across the city Veronica is sensitive to the kids and has an extra patience. Chang's Rock N' Roll 1/2 Marathon in January 2005, Prescott's Whiskey Row 10K May 2009 and Phoenix 10K November 2009, P.F. Chang's Rock N' Roll 1/2 Marathon January 2010. Education: Born in Phoenix and raised in Prescott, Arizona. I attended a private Catholic School for 9 years. Graduated from Prescott High school. Then attended Yavapai Community College for a year and transferred to Scottsdale Community College for two years. Currently taking courses in Forensic Science. Family: I am very family oriented being one of six children and having two daughters that are 10 and 5 yrs old.
